(R)-noradrenaline is the R-enantiomer of noradrenaline. It has a role as a neurotransmitter, a sympathomimetic agent, an alpha-adrenergic agonist, a vasoconstrictor agent and a mouse metabolite. It is a conjugate base of a (R)-noradrenaline(1+). It is an enantiomer of a (S)-noradrenaline.
